All oriental health systems - yoga, wushu, qigong, etc. - are based on a close relationship between the physical and spiritual state of a person. Mudras of health
In Eastern medicine there is the concept of "life force", or "energy". The characteristic and state of this vital energy are indicators of a person's health or illness. On the hands are numerous information channels, closely related to the vital energy of a particular organ. There is a kind of information and energy exchange between space and man, and all internal energy flows are regulated.

How to perform mudras?

Before starting the procedure, you need to stretch your fingers and “revive” your hands.
