“O edge of floods of formidable and quiet spring forces…. City of Spas-Klepiki in the Ryazan region

The ancient village of Spas-Klepiki is the birthplace of the great Russian poet Sergei Yesenin. On the edge of the village there is a two-story brick building - the Spas-Klepikovskaya second-class teacher's school, in which Yesenin successfully passes exams in September 1909, and where he studies until 1912.

The school was opened in 1896, thanks to the efforts of the priest V. Dinariev, with donations from a village resident, merchant A.P. Popov. The school prepared teachers for church educational institutions.

The future great poet did not like the educational institution of a closed type, however, the experience and knowledge of the teachers he met at the school had a great influence on the formation of the worldview and the formation of Sergei's personality.

Currently, the school is a museum in memory of the poet’s youthful years: the school environment has been preserved: the students’ bedrooms, the lobby, where theology lessons and daily prayers were held, the desk at which Yesenin sat, his notebooks, first poems.

Museum of Wooden Architecture in Lunkino

The Museum of Wooden Architecture is located in the village of Lunkino near the town of Spas-Klepiki, Ryazan Region. Here are interesting wood crafts, many of which are made by children.

In which direction from Moscow is the nearest wilderness? The answer is obvious - these are the Meshchera forests and the cities behind them. I, despite the fact that I practically live on this highway, have never traveled along the Yegoryevskoye Highway, and I had no idea what was happening there on the borders and beyond the borders of the Moscow and Ryazan regions.

Very opportunely got there alex_brab , whose curiosity is so great that even after Sri Lanka and Thailand, he is interested in Russia.

The plan is as follows - immediately to Kasimov along Egorievka and from there home through Ryazan and Zaraysk.

It is useless to drive from Moscow along this damned highway, it is a two-lane one (a lane there and a lane here), which entails both traffic jams and insanely tiring "steam locomotives" behind some crippled gazelle from Shatura. Therefore, I had to drive along the M5 to the Kolomna bypass and then move sideways.

What surprised me - on May 10, children study at schools in the Moscow region! They stand with briefcases at bus stops ...

But the places are really deaf. Swamps, forests and a traffic police post on the border of the regions.

1. The first story will be about the Museum of Wooden Architecture near the village of Lunkino (be careful, the signs are only from the side of Spas-Klepikov, you will miss this turn from the side of Moscow!). It is located right behind the lakes, along which the regions are demarcated.

Actually, there is nothing special in this museum, with one exception, which I will talk about later. That's why it's worth going there. And one more thing - keep in mind that this is not a skansen, there are no huts. This is a museum of what can be done with wood.

2. Main portal. If you are completely lame, then you can drive inside by car, there is also a small parking lot.

3. The price of pleasure - 90 rubles. for a human specimen and 50 for photographing a variety of local stumps.

There was a pine forest here, but it either burned down or dried up. And the trunks began to serve as objects of creativity.

4. These hanging sticks must be knocked and sounds made (the sticks are carefully stuck into the quiver nearby). If I were 9 years old, I would have fun for half an hour, no less.

5. The cat on the throne. Then for some reason I remembered that the only profession received by Viktor Tsoi was just the profession of cutting out such figures for children's parks.

6. About the field, the field, who lined you with all sorts of figures!?

7. Small forms are concentrated in two huts - “Museum” is written on one of them, and nothing is written on the other, but the cash desks and the directorate are located there.

There were not a lot of people, so a woman employee of the museum walks with you and tells all sorts of interesting little things. This is not a tour, this is from the breadth of the soul.

8. Sailboat.

10. Everything is located in such bright rooms.

11. An absolutely stunning carved chest.

12. It's all wood. Both the rose and the figures.

13. Bereginya strangles the snake with her feet.

14. So close to all of us, restless pilgrims, is the plot "The Return of the Traveler".

15. A clothespin the size of half a person, great! I want to run with her at the ready and hiss at someone.

16. What a charm!

17. A pig will find dirt, and it's hard to argue with that.

18. In general, a popular model among young masters.

19. But, for example, a fifteen-year-old rescuer from Klepikov cut out a real dragon, but, apparently because of legal subtleties, he called it a "mythical beast."

20. A grasshopper the size of a human foot.

21. Panel by master Alimov, whose place is not here, but in the regional administration.

22. The same master, but he seems to make male images from himself.

23. Cyclopean dragonfly, side view.

24. Chiseled mosquito.

25. Other animals.

And now I will tell you why it is worth coming to this place without any reservations.

26. That's for this.

This is a model of the main (known to us) buildings of ancient Moscow made of straw (!)

27. Everyone has a number, each is carefully made.

28. Nice to look at.

29. It's straw!

30. Here they would have a bigger room and make a layout with a roundabout. And I have no doubt that it will be so, very well done.

31. Let's take a last look. Thing!

32. But we will leave the museum for these Meshchera beauties.

The next tiny story will be about the gothic temple in Gus-Zhelezny and not only about it.

We arrived at the museum last night, a man came out of the museum, said that in 24 minutes the museum would close, since it is open until 17 hours in winter. Prices are 20 rubles if you just admire wonderful wooden sculptures on the territory, 90 rubles for an adult and 70 rubles for a child if you want to see the museum. there are various wooden fairy-tale characters around, many of which are made like swings. The son managed to... continued src="/jpg/plus.gif">

quickly go to the museum, returning he said that he had to come again and walk around the museum for an hour and a half in order to have time to see everything, since there are a lot of exhibits and they are all interesting.

A wonderful museum, I want to touch many of the exhibits in them with some kind of warmth and kindness. The owner of the miner is super.

Amazing place! In winter, many sculptures on the street are covered with awnings, but it does not spoil the impression. Most of the works are humorous, and the museum in one of the rooms contains exclusively creative works. From the memorable: the table "Dragon".
I highly recommend to everyone!

Works of art made of wood are exceptionally curious and varied, although not of the same level of execution. A really large collection of works has been collected, both student and professional, and even donated by foreign masters.
But the girl - the guide is really rather weak in her knowledge, besides, it is clear that she is trying to work out as quickly as possible.

Yes, interesting, mostly children's works are collected - the level of professionalism inspires respect. The tour seemed boring. It was possible, for example, to tell in more detail about the production technology, but the girl-guide did not know that the tree must be kept (slowly dried) before processing.

I would like to divide the museum into 2 parts: an exhibition of landscape gardening sculptures, some of which are very mediocre ... And a woodcarving museum in general. If you carefully read the description of the exhibits, it becomes clear that these are mostly children's works, while you can even trace the dynamics of the development of craftsmanship. From the point of view of a professional, there is probably something unfinished or wrong here, but from the point of view of an ordinary person, one can see how much soul, effort, humor and feelings the young author put into his work. ... continuation src="/jpg/plus.gif">

The work leaves a deep impression. After visiting the museum, we talked to the girl who sold the tickets. It turned out that there was a children's camp, which was maintained at the expense of the uncle. Children in this camp rested and learned carving for free, and if their work was sold, they also received money for it ... Uncle, unfortunately, died ...

We drove absolutely "at random". They just knew that there was a museum somewhere near Klepiki. And found!!! I liked it very much! Yes, everything is simple, yes, something could have been done better and the wattle fence fell in places. But I perfectly understand that, by and large, everything rests on the enthusiasm of people who are passionate about this business! And many thanks to them. And I advise all Ryazan residents to visit this museum, to know the history of their native land, especially such a beautiful one, is simply necessary!!!

Visited June 14th. Great place for photos. The visit turned out to be really interesting. Arrived on Monday, a holiday and non-working day. As it turned out, the museum is also closed on Mondays. But thanks to the hurricane that happened, part of the fence fell;) Therefore, we got into the territory calmly. The guard, a kind man, allowed me to walk around and take pictures. Which is what was done. They threw money into the box with the cat for the museum, since they didn’t pay for the entrance;)

visited this place on July 11th. We arrived around 7pm. It says the working time is up to 18 hours, in fact, up to 20 hours and officially, as we were explained, ONLY during the monthly residence of the masters themselves on the territory. The guard took 90 rubles from us (2 adults + child). Went for the keys, walked around the museum, told everything he knew. Unfortunately, the organizer of the museum died in the month of May - rest in peace to him. In the summer they should choose a new one. I hope the folk trail does not overgrow here.
Today will be the closing of the season and the auction of handicrafts. ... continuation src="/jpg/plus.gif">

Definitely a must visit. Organizers phone: Phone: 8-906-548-44-92

The opening hours of the museum are Monday and Thursday non-working days.
I got there on Thursday, there was no one around, I took a picture on the territory, I looked into the windows of the museum (they were open), I wanted to leave. A museum employee comes out of the neighboring building and opens it for me alone for 120 rubles (entrance + filming). The museum is perfectly clean, it smells of wood.

The second summer in a row we come with my daughter to the Museum. This is the Museum and the creative workshop and the School of Masters for talented children of the Ryazan region. With pleasure we consider all exhibits, we look for "brand new". The non-childish perception of our life and the serious attitude to our work are striking. My daughter collects cat figurines and enthusiastically buys a new kitty for her collection every year. I advise you to come here at the end of July - the time for blueberry picking. We are driving from the dacha and filling buckets with this Meshchera gift, which grandmothers sell along the way. ... continuation src="/jpg/plus.gif">

And then we eat it for a few days and remember our journey. By the way, I am pleased that temples are being restored along the way, for example, in Vladychyna.

The museum is located on the territory of the Ryazan region.

Amazing products, especially those where the experienced hand of a master teacher is felt.

Entrance 20 rubles. from a person. Some items are available for purchase.

You can take a walk in the direction of the pioneer camp, see interesting castle houses (private mansions where a creative atmosphere reigns).

for a fee, I liked it, the age of the authors is especially striking at a completely adult level of work.

It would be more logical to call it a museum of crafts made of wood and vines.
A museum was opened for us alone. And although they didn’t show or tell anything, we happily wandered among the wonderful creations. By the way, they don’t take money for visiting these sights.

“The best thing that nature has come up with is a tree. From it comes both life and beauty on Earth ... "

Meshchersky Museum of Wooden Architecture. VP Grosheva is located on a spacious clearing near the small village of Lunkino, lost among the swampy forests and lakes of Meshchera, so wonderfully sung by Sergei Yesenin and Konstantin Paustovsky.

The museum presents 3.5 thousand exhibits.
Artistic woodcarving, root plastic.

Painting on wood.
Vine products.

Items of ancient life.
Garden sculpture.

Models "Ancient wooden Moscow" and "Kizhi".
A functioning children's play complex, souvenirs.

Today, the Museum of Wooden Architecture is a whole complex that includes:
— a vast meadow of 3.5 hectares with pines and birches;
- 3 museum buildings, in which 15 halls contain amazing fairy-tale exhibits;
— the operating children's play complex "Meshcherskaya Skazka" — the result of five All-Russian festivals of masters in landscape gardening sculpture;

The recreation area is represented by a cozy gazebo for 40 people, a barbecue, fire samovars.
Souvenir shop with extensive handmade souvenirs and gifts.

The place where the museum is located is ancient. Here, on a sandy ridge between two lakes, people have settled since ancient times, and the ancient village of Lunkino has been located for the last few centuries. In 1997, in love with these places and the quiet Meshchera nature, entrepreneur and philanthropist, President of the Academy of Management and Market V.P. Groshev (1940-2009) decided to set up an Interregional School of Masters in Lunkino, where young people could learn local Meshchera crafts. And since the main ornamental material in this forest region has always been a tree, the schoolchildren and their mentors primarily worked with it. Soon the first art crafts appeared, which formed the basis of the current collection of the museum.

During the work of the museum, its funds have collected more than 3.5 thousand exhibits that represent the whole variety of styles of carving, artistic painting on wood, the art of basket weaving, various genres of painting and life of the old Meshchera. About a third of the exhibits are the works of students and graduates of the Interregional School of Masters, participants in camps-seminars, teachers-mentors.

The exposition of the museum is presented in 15 halls, and on a spacious glade around the museum there are many garden and park sculptures made at a highly artistic level. The special pride of the museum is the magnificent works created by craftsmen from different regions of Russia. The exposition also presents works by foreign masters - mysterious Japan, sunny Spain, unexplored Thailand, native Belarus and many other countries.

We are waiting for your visit!!!

We invite you to visit.

The museum is located on the Egoryevskoe Highway, near the town of Spas-Klepiki, not far from the village of Lunkino (Ryazan region, Klepikovsky district). It is noteworthy that this is not a museum of wooden architecture, as in Novgorod or Kostroma, there are not a huge number of wooden buildings and wicker bast shoes, for that there is an impressive exposition of carved wooden figures.

The museum is young - it is only 10 years old, like the School of Masters, but an exposition has already been formed that any museum of the art of woodcarving in the country can envy. The main thing that even experts note is the high quality of work, their professional level. Just a glance at the museum’s winter gallery, reminiscent of the wooden ramparts of the Slavic Kremlin, and at the museum itself, resembling a Russian tower and decorated with house carvings traditional for the Ryazan region, suggests that the traditions of ancestors accumulated over the centuries are carefully preserved here, that all the best that is created in the school in close connection with these traditions will be consistently collected here. As a bank for an enterprise, so for the School, a museum is a kind of magic box that contains the most expensive wealth, something that is created by human hands.

The formation of the museum became the logical embodiment of the idea of V.P. Groshev "to give the children such a professional education, to develop their artistic taste and abilities to such a level that would allow them to create real works of art." Naturally, such works must be stored somewhere, people must see them, and beginner carvers, those who come to the School after the elders, must learn from them, as from models.
