Interesting events in the world of creativity. An evening of artistic reading

Organizational work has a "distance". Stages are located at the distance between the start and finish.

START - getting a task

1st stage - definition of the goal and assimilation of tasks 2nd stage - ensuring work (conditions, means, performers) 3rd stage - planning work and distribution of tasks 4-1 stage - operational management (coordination, accounting, control) 5th stage - analysis of efficiency and summing up the results of work

FINISH - task completion report

Rules of organizational work:

Rule number 1. When you receive a task, get it right. Rule number 2. Consider the capabilities of team members. Rule number 3. Determine what you might need at work. Rule number 4. The work should be understandable to everyone. Introduce all members of the group to the task: its purpose, content, conditions for completion. Rule number 5. Everyone is personally responsible for their area of work. Rule number 6. Be careful when finishing work. Reporting on the performance of the task is required from all who were given instructions. Rule number 7. The final analysis is the key to successful work in the future.

Where to begin?

ORGANIZATION OF ANY BUSINESS SHOULD START FROM THE FINAL!

The finale of the event is the result that we achieve (for example: a sand tower, a poster on the topic ...), the emotional state, the mood in which the participants are after everything is over.

Creative team work

  1. definition of the main theme that connects everything that happens during the event.
  2. determining the form or type of event.
    • inter-camp form
    • general camp uniform
      • shows that are fully prepared in advance and do not involve improvisation
        • song and dance competition
        • leader's concert
        • play
      • a show that combines both elements prepared in advance and elements of improvisation
        • Mister or Miss Camp
      • a show that does not require the preparation of participants and is based solely on improvisation during the action
        • acting competition
        • Love at first sight
    • interorder form

Distribution of responsibilities by training units

Responsible for blocks:

  • scenario
  • rehearsals
  • technical support
  • decor
  • musical arrangement

The main task of the person in charge is to explain to others how it is easier to cope with the task, answer questions, tell everything about the timing, the order of information about the progress of the case.

1. Scenario development

The stage of writing a script is one of the most difficult stages of preparing an event. For this it is convenient to use scenario plan of the event :

  1. event form
  2. Name
  3. time spending
  4. location
  5. tasks
  6. responsible for:
    • scenario
    • rehearsals
    • technical support
    • decor
    • music
  7. tools (props)
  8. responsibilities and roles
  9. Scenery
  10. content:
    • setting up the hall (games with the hall)
    • text of leading and acting persons
    • Squad call text (if applicable)
  11. final and aftermath

The main task of the person responsible for the script is to systematize the data received from others (data on design, technical support, etc.), as well as writing texts for the hosts, for the actors, to set up the hall, etc.

If the show requires the selection of the best, then, of course, it cannot do without a jury. Who can be the jury?

  • the entire auditorium (selection by applause, raising colored cards, secret ballot, etc.). But with the audience assessment, bias is possible.
  • invited jury, the main thing is that their opinion is respected by the participants.

And the best part is the rewards. It is necessary to make sure that not a single participant goes unnoticed, does not leave with a feeling of unappreciated unrecognized.

2. Thinking over the props

The person responsible for this block must provide for everything that may be needed during the event: costumes, scenery, lighting, etc.

3. Music selection

Even if there is a DJ in the camp, one of the members of the creative team should still take responsibility for interacting with him. The duties of the person responsible for this block include informing the DJ about the necessary music, the place and time of rehearsals and the event itself, monitoring the work of the DJ and helping him.

4. rehearsals

The person responsible for this block must build a rehearsal schedule, distribute the text to the participants in advance and inform them about the place and time of rehearsals, think over the mise-en-scene (the presence of the participants on the stage).

It is important not to forget the following points:

  • The script should be in everyone's hands
  • individual scenes are rehearsed first, and then everything is combined into a big picture
  • musical accompaniment is rehearsed along with the action on stage
  • it is necessary that the participants on the stage do not obscure each other, be well lit, speak loudly and look into the hall
  • camp radio
  • announcement at the general camp gathering (at the line, at the disco)
  • ads in squads
  • hanging advertising posters, etc.

Event structure

1. Hall setup

The setting starts from the moment you enter the hall. Meeting of participants. An announcement of why everyone has gathered today. Music should already be playing in the hall, the stage should be decorated with scenery.

In order for silence to reign before the action, it is necessary to use the techniques of setting the hall:

  • tapping games
  • repetitive motion and text games
  • games with musical accompaniment
  • games with the conscious provocation of applause

2. creative plot

Creating intrigue and motivation for the active participation of the audience.

Types of intrigue: change of space, light, musical, theatrical pause, legend.

In the creative plot, a task is set that should lead to some unusual result.

3. Action involving all participants

4. Working with viewers

It is necessary to include competitions with spectators, games from the halls to fill the gaps.

5. Features of the logical conclusion of the event

The plot ends with the words of the hosts that everything worked out, and we achieved the desired result, for example, we found the “keys to the city of the Sun” or closed the “doors to the country of Evil”.

6. "Fat" emotional point

It can be bright, lyrical, mysterious...

More about the script

The script specifically indicates what the characters say and how they act, in what environment the action takes place.

Thinking through the composition

Composition– organization of action and appropriate arrangement of material. Composition components:

3) Main development.

Here is the main plot of the event. It is divided into blocks that are tied to the topic.

4) Climax (the highest point in the development of the conflict)

The climax is the central, main event.

5) Decoupling (conflict resolution).

Scenario recording levels Depending on the scenario processing of the material, different levels script recording:

1. Scenario plan.

Scenario skeleton. Reflects the theme and idea, characteristics of the audience. The rest of the scenario plan is a sketch of the compositional structure.

2. literary script.

Detailed literary development of the idea with full text, description of the characters, musical arrangement and the use of all technical accompaniments (slides, lighting effects).

3. Director's script.

The stage area, the specific use of technical services is indicated exactly.

Signs sound and light accompaniment, as well as organizational issues: specifically WHO AND FOR WHAT IS RESPONSIBLE!

Stages of working on the concept of the script

In the process of working on a plan, you can follow the steps:

I. Collection and search of material; II. Definition of the thematic basis: study of the intended audience, setting goals; III. Search for additional facts, clarification of events. Search, if necessary, for real heroes, work with them. IV. Selection artistic material. Review of numbers, selection of video sequence. V. The choice of form, justification of the conflict. Search for a plot move, figurative expressiveness, special effects.

The definition of the concept of "leisure" is the time in between classes of useful work. Its functions can be identified by arranging cultural and leisure programs that will characterize the forms of holding events in recreational and developmental activities, which include a whole complex of carefully selected culturally synthesized active energy that fills the entire leisure space.

Cultural and leisure programs and their features

Features of cultural leisure and its programs determine the differences between cultural leisure itself and additional education programs. The differences are that the cultural and leisure program is not specially organized and is not studied - its implementation takes place spontaneously, like the preparation and holding of mass leisure events. Knowledge and skills appear as a result of the process of independent work outside the classroom. Events can take a variety of forms.

Subjects can be people of all kinds, both organizers of a mass event, and children together with teachers and / or parents. In the course of the implementation of the cultural program of leisure, a large number of all kinds of new roles (or positions) are provided - teaching or improvising. There are organizers, performers, authors, spectators, artists, costume designers, even designers, music designers, lighting and other stage workers, presenters, jury members and so on. The quantitative and qualitative content of the roles will depend on the form of the events.

Types of cultural programs

The basis of the proposed classification is the degree of mass character of the event and its length in time.

1. One-time program in the form of a game. The forms of holding events do not depend on the preparation of the participants, who are included in the game in the course of the action. Games can be both intellectual and mobile; both at the table and in the game room, in the hall or in the fresh air. The duration of this lesson is adjusted according to the age of the participants. The description of the game is most often the scenario plan. The literary scenario confirms the qualifications, pedagogical culture, and the skill of the organizers.

2. Competitive game program (specified topic) requires preliminary preparation of participants. The forms of holding events can be KVN, a tournament, all kinds of such programs have educational and educational goals and consist of training, which implies joint creativity. For adults, the meaning of this form of holding is to acquire the skills of a team game.

KVN form

A competitive game program of this form is not carried out without a complete scenario, where tasks are formulated, preparation is described, and a list of recommended literature is given. New forms of holding events make it possible to organize a holiday thought out and expected by the public.

Among the features of the preparation of such a plan for competitive gaming programs and their implementation, the main aspects are as follows:

  1. It is very important not to turn this fun game into a boring exam when there is no place for fiction, fantasy and improvisation.
  2. On the other hand, independence must be subtly but steadily accompanied by the leadership of the presenters in order to avoid bad taste and all sorts of vulgarity.
  3. If KVN is held among schoolchildren, it is important to instill a taste for subtle humor, an intelligent joke, to teach them to find funny things both in themselves and in the life around them.

Intelligence Games

The forms and methods of holding the event allow the organization of mass intellectual games as a type of competitive game program. Here success comes at the expense of erudition, intellect, mental abilities of a person - ingenuity, ingenuity, ability to predict the situation.

Real practice prefers intellectual games of combined forms. Good, for example, plot quizzes in which there is an economic strategy. The forms of leisure activities here are not very diverse: most often these are questions offered to participants. Therefore, it is the selection of topics and the formulation of questions that are most important for the organizers.

Playing theater

The game-performance assumes the presence of the presenters of this game program. They are most often the organizers of the holiday, if it is for adults, and teachers, if the holiday is for children. The forms of holding cultural and leisure events provide for the mandatory plot in this type of game, built in such a way that completely outsiders can perform tasks or play small roles without preparation. The fate of the heroes of this semi-improvisational performance will depend entirely on the direct participants in the theatrical action.

Story game

This is also a theatrical event. What are the forms of carrying out such events? Very varied. The main thing here is the creation of a certain atmosphere and the development of a clear design of the game situation. The preparation period can be long. A very interesting move is the preparation of an initiative group, which, in the course of a theatrical plot game, will gradually involve outsiders in action.

Advance information on the topic is very important. For example, a costume ball called "The Nineteenth Century. Pushkin and His Muses" is announced a few weeks in advance. Participants who wish will try to get or build costumes and feel the atmosphere of the social event. Further, all the trump cards will be in the hands of the organizers. To hold such a holiday, you will need a detailed plan with clearly stated tasks, preparation of the exposition (decoration, and so on).

Spectacle and celebration

The main forms of events are just spectacular. It can be concerts, sports competitions and much more. There are usually performers and spectators present. Often such forms are used as fragments of folk festivals and other public events.

A holiday is a laborious type of leisure program. It requires a lot of preparation, a variety of activities and such methods of conducting in order to attract the participation of as many people as possible. Entertainment should alternate, moving from spectacle to mass participation.

These are all kinds of gatherings, competitions, reviews, festivals, creative reports, greetings, ceremonies, presentations, festivities, carnivals, theatrical performances, sports and physical culture holidays, theme days, weeks and so on. As part of a mass holiday, a lot of different types of work can be used. Awards are held here, heroes of various important events perform, all kinds of game programs and solemn rituals are held.

Holiday program

The program should be printed in several copies and be kept not only by each of those responsible for the holiday and the organizers, but also by those prepared participants who are involved in all fragments of the program. With a simple list concert numbers holiday may not work. Also, the program should describe in detail all the preparations for the holiday, organizational activities, indicating those responsible, etc.

Long-term leisure program

This is the name of a program designed for a more or less permanent composition of its participants. For example, art studio, circle of aircraft modeling and so on. Depending on the form of cultural and leisure activities, such a program lasts from several days to several years. There are literary studios that have celebrated their fiftieth anniversary, for example.

The type of these events is closest to role-playing games, and the main thing here for a successful and really long period of work of the leisure program is the presence of a certain social idea (plot) that binds together, the creative activity of the team (system-forming factor), self-expression of the individual in a variety of game situations, free choice of topic and change it if desired.

For children

In pedagogy, the program of activity of the role-playing game is applicable both within the framework of the school, and in the summer camp, and in children's groups of additional education. There is a rule for such programs that is mandatory for implementation: delimitation of clear stages that begin and end with some bright event. These are role-playing situational games like hobbit ones, and "Traveling with rests", and all sorts of "Robinsonades".

Long-term leisure programs are especially popular in summer camps, since an epic game can become the basis of a whole camp change if you combine all the activities with one theme. The activities of all collectives, all camp-wide mass holidays will be subordinated to this theme. The experience of conducting such role-playing games has been accumulated enormously. For example, the game "New Civilization" for high school students is very popular.

Examples

1. Game "Republic". A kind of state is being created, where the basic law reflects both the rights and obligations of all citizens (both children and adults). A civic position is brought up through participation in the modeling of government, the skills and abilities of a democratic life are instilled.

2. The game "Journey", during which the course is navigated in the Ocean of Teaching.

3. Game "Construction". This program is especially good to captivate younger students. Each team builds its "house" of relationships within the team. This is how the microdistrict of useful deeds grows.

A long-term leisure program usually has a pronounced educational character. The form of its implementation can be all of the above leisure programs, both gaming and competitive, and, of course, festive ones, which are included in the program as constituent elements, for the sake of which all other activities are started. The undoubted value of long-term leisure programs is undeniable, since the development of skills and abilities is stimulated. Children get the opportunity to realize their requests in various areas of creativity, accelerates social adaptation stimulates social activity.

To bring any idea to life, you need to be able to present it beautifully. And this is possible only with a quality organization. If you learn how to organize presentations, business events, etc., as well as raise funds for your activities through fundraising, then your idea will be successfully implemented.

Event - these are actions of the organizer planned in advance and determined by topic, place and time, carried out for participants in their own interests.

Events differ in their focus, goals, functions and frequency.

Events are divided into the following main groups: regular, irregular, mass and corporate.

A regular event is understood as a form of management activity, the content of which is teamwork under the guidance of the organizer of a regulated number of participants at a predetermined time and place to discuss and make a decision on an issue determined by the agenda.

An occasional event is understood as the actions of the organizer in a certain area, if necessary, to promote their interests.

A mass event is the actions of the organizer, which are carried out for a large number of participants according to a predetermined plan and scenario in order to realize their interests.

Organization of events is an exciting, but very complex, responsible process that requires temporary, ideological, human resources. And the grander the organization of events, the more these resources are required.

Today, many successful companies use well-organized bright events to promote their brand or product. Contact with the audience on an emotional level, which is established during the event, allows you to influence the target audience more efficiently and effectively. They achieve the following goals:

  • building and promoting a successful brand
  • creation of a news occasion for a PR campaign of a product or service
  • bright, dynamic product launch to the market
  • brand positioning, brand image management
  • brand promotion by promoting an event
  • formation of a loyal attitude to the product among target consumer groups
  • effective promotion of products characterized by impulse demand

Event preparation steps:

  1. Determine the topic and age of the audience
  2. Determine the goals of the event
  3. Define event structure
  4. Create an event organizing committee
  • Development of the original concept and writing the script of the event
  • Selection of a site corresponding to the chosen concept and your wishes
  • Event management (preparation, conducting, organizational part)
  • Selection of the host of the event
  • Organization of performances by artists, musicians, hosts, animators
  • Artistic decoration of the event: design development and production of scenery, rental and production of costumes, floral arrangements, decoration with balloons
  • Technical design of the event: lighting and sound equipment, fireworks and fireworks, laser show
  • Catering (industry Catering, associated with the provision of services at remote points, including all enterprises and services that provide contract services for catering for employees of companies and individuals in the premises and on-site service, as well as serving events for various purposes and retailing finished culinary products. In practice, catering means not only food preparation and delivery, but also service, serving, decoration, and similar services.)
  • Raise funds for the event
  • There are the following types of events:

Image and PR events : scientific and technical conferences, congresses, congresses, symposiums dedicated to achievements and developments in a particular field

This type of event refers, of course, to business events. Reception for business partners, presentation of new products or services, celebrity autograph session, press breakfasts - these are all events aimed at information exchange, promotion, establishing contacts and maintaining reputation, improving the image both among the direct participants of the event itself, and among a wider range of those who learn about it.

    Presentations, press conferences, exhibitions, forums

A presentation is a modern business event, the purpose of which is to draw attention to the company as a whole, to its achievements, individual products or services. This is an effective and comfortable way of interacting with representatives, partners or clients of the company, which helps to conduct effective positioning and personal contact with the audience. The organization of a presentation, as well as the organization of any event, implies the selection of a site and writing a script, the selection of an entertainment program, if it is planned. The success of the presentation also depends on the guests invited to it - these can be not only business partners or clients, but also journalists and well-known media personalities, whose appearance will increase interest in the event as a whole, and, therefore, in the presented goods or services. Conferences, exhibitions and forums, as well as presentations, are also types of business events, whose success directly depends on the experience of coordinating and effective event management, on the ability to hold all the elements of the event and see the big picture. It is difficult to overestimate the importance of site selection for these events, as in many respects they are image.

    Educational trainings and seminars

They may focus on different topics.

    Sports events

A sports competition is a competition (rivalry) of people in a playful way in order to find out the advantages in the degree of physical fitness, in the development of certain aspects of consciousness.

    Public events

Carnival. What is a carnival in the understanding of any of us? This is the European holiday of February, during which the laws of ancient, pagan holidays come into force. Since ancient times, on this day, all people, rich and poor, old and young, lonely and in love, have allowed themselves all the pranks that can only come into their heads! At the end of the holiday, the king of the carnival was chosen, "acting" until next holiday. And today at this time in any exciting part of the world like Portugal, Italy, Spain or colonized India, the streets are filled with picturesque noisy processions on platforms.

A meeting is the joint presence of a group of citizens in a certain place to discuss various topics or solve certain problems.

Procession - one of the forms of public events, mass solemn passage of people in connection with any significant event or according to custom, ritual, or protest passage with any requirement; procession.

Monstration (from the word demonstration) is a mass artistic action in the form of a demonstration with slogans and banners that participants use as the main means of communication with the audience, with each other, as a means of self-expression, as an artistic technique with which they comprehend surrounding reality. For the most part, the content of the banners looks extremely absurd and apolitical, but they have ambiguity. This action is not according to the script, the date is known in advance (May 1 of each year), the author indicates only the place and the exact start time, the rest is the improvisation of the participants in the action. In this regard, the organizers classify the Monstration not as a flash mob or performance, but as a happening. ((English perfor mance - performance, performance, game, performance) - a form of modern art, one of the varieties of actionism included in the conceptualism of the 1960s. Performance - a short performance performed by one or more participants in front of an audience art gallery or a museum. Performance actions are planned in advance and proceed according to a certain program. It is possible to organize and conduct such actions in the open air - a landscape performance. The fundamental difference between a performance and a theater is precisely that the performer or participant in the artistic action real action which represent nothing but themselves. Moreover, in contrast to happening with its improvisation and spontaneity, performance is carried out by a group of people by prior agreement, and its main meaning is again not in itself, but in the space of deeply individual, aesthetic and event experiences of eyewitnesses and accomplices.)

A picket is a small group of people who have gathered to express some kind of protest.

Parade - a solemn passage (ceremonial march) of troops or military equipment. It is held, as a rule, on official holidays, celebrations of state and military significance, as well as after the completion of major military exercises (historical maneuvers). Less commonly, parades are called the solemn passage of various groups, organizations, movements or parties.

Modern city events are not just mass celebrations or just a solemn part. Today, the organization of urban events includes a successful combination of the interests of the public and organizers, adults and children, the theme of events and general attractiveness.

Charity event. In our country, they, as well as such a method of raising funds as a charity telethon or lottery, were speculated a lot. Therefore, the public's confidence in this method of seeking help has fallen sharply. Charity is the provision of disinterested (gratuitous or on preferential terms) assistance to those who need it. The main feature of charity is the free and unconstrained choice of the type, time and place, as well as the content of assistance.

A secular event or a secular party is an event or a ball with the participation of secular people, politicians, movie stars and pop stars.

    Corporate events and teambuilding

For any company, internal celebrations and events are no less important for successful activities than organizing receptions for customers and partners. These events can be aimed at maintaining the image of the company among its employees, at encouraging and strengthening the internal corporate spirit. It is also an effective marketing tool that allows not only to please employees, but also to mark significant dates or events in the life of the company, use it as an information occasion for various publications and messages, remind about the company, or support its image and social orientation.

As a special type of corporate events, teambuilding stands out - an event aimed at rallying the team of the entire organization or one of the departments, if the organizational structure is quite extensive.

    Ceremonies and concerts

Ceremonies are large-scale events of a representative level. The peculiarities of this type of event are the need not only for careful preparation, but also for a special scenario and program development algorithm associated with the need to comply with protocol requirements. At the ceremonies, frequent guests and laureates are famous people, and the first persons of the states.

Concerts are a special type of event that can exist both as a separate project and as part of any other type of event.

    social events

A social event is a subtle diplomatic event that requires a special approach to organization, style, a sense of proportion and impeccable observance of etiquette. There can be no trifles in planning a secular reception. Everything is important - from the color of the napkins on the tables and the uniform service personnel to the venue and start time of the event. As in the organization of any event, in planning a social reception it is important to clearly define the goals and objectives in advance. Decide what exactly you expect from this reception, whom you want to invite and how many guests you are ready to accept.

    Private Events

In our life there are many significant events for us that we want to celebrate with special splendor and awe, in the circle of family and people close to us. The scale of the event can be very different - from a romantic dinner to a grand celebration

    Theatrical performances

Theatrical performances and holidays give people a similar, festive mood, creating a festive situation. The festive situation, in turn, is realized in a mass holiday, which is part of the cultural and educational work. A mass holiday is an unusual phenomenon, synthesizing reality and art, artistically shaping this or that real life event.

The art of a mass holiday, performance, spectacle is an art lofty ideas, purposefulness and civic pathos, which at the same time requires vivid imagery, associativity, original, bold creative design. And in order to better organize and develop theatrical performances of all types and genres, it is absolutely necessary to understand the basic laws of this kind of art that really exist, since folk theatrical culture has been created and developed over the millennia.

As for the mass theatrical festival, it certainly has well-established types of holidays and at the same time a voluminous, synthesizing form of theatrical performance. This is the crown of creativity of the people for the people. Comprehension of the essential features of the dramaturgy of such a festival can be fruitful only after a detailed study of other types of theatrical performances.

It is known that the basis of all types and genres of theatrical performances and festivities is the scenario, which, according to the unanimous recognition of theorists, common features with dramatic works of theater, cinema, television and radio. The main unifying moment here is the dramatic conflict, because the conflict is the basis of drama as a kind of art.

    Fundraising

Fundraising, Sometimes fundraising(From English Fundraising) - the process of raising funds and other resources (human, material, informational, etc.) that the organization cannot provide on its own and which are necessary for the implementation of a particular project or its activities as a whole.

Fundraising (Fundraising) (from the English "fund" - reserve, fund, capital, cash and "raise" - to raise, raise) - an organized search and collection of financial and other funds, in particular, for the implementation of charitable support for social significant projects, programs and actions, public institutions.

Often this concept is understood very literally - as a search for money. In fact, fundraising involves the collection of resources of various kinds. This can be money, gifts, barter, rent of premises, volunteer work, etc.

In fundraising, the main thing is not money, but GOALS, the achievement of which requires support.

So, we came directly to the very process of carrying out activities to raise funds in the organization. Below is an example phased plan fundraising activities.

Stage 1. Select the problem that needs to be solved with the help of the received resources. Set time frames.

Stage 2. Collect complete information and think through the arguments in your favor.

Stage 3. Analyze the possible motives of potential sponsors: which of them can be encouraged.

Stage 4. Analyze past fundraising experiences, identify your supporters who can be contacted first. Determine who else to contact.

Stage 5 Prepare and reproduce materials for presentation to sponsors (applications, press releases, etc.).

Stage 6 Agree within the organization on fundraising methods.

Stage 7. Organize the work of assistants (those who will directly collect donations). It is necessary to make sure that they have the necessary information and materials for their work.

Stage 8. Establish a procedure for monitoring the receipt of funds.

    Fundraising methods:

    • Telefundraising (telefundraising) - appeal to potential donors and philanthropists by phone and fax.
    • Mail fundraising is an appeal to potential donors and philanthropists by mail.
    • Individual fundraising (individual fundraising) - a personal appeal to donors and philanthropists in a personal conversation.
    • Solo fundraising is the acquisition of support.
    • Event fundraising (events fundraising) - holding various events (auctions, exhibitions, lotteries, presentations, dinners, etc.)

Important aspects of a fundraising strategy are as follows:

    1. Writing a business plan for the project.
    2. Writing a sponsorship proposal.
    3. A clear definition of the target audience of the project to further identify potential sponsors.
    4. Establishing relationships with partners that satisfy the interests of both parties.
    5. Proper closing of the project (includes working with partners after the end of the project to create the possibility of further long-term cooperation).

Fundraising is widely practiced for the preparation and holding of special events such as balls, parties, competitions, marathons, auctions, presentations, conferences, dinners. During their preparation and implementation, the attention of potential donors is attracted and the necessary funds are collected at the same time. During such an event, it is important to mark each of the guests who arrived, if necessary, to distinguish a specific guest from the rest of the public.

In conclusion, it should be noted that fundraising is not begging for money, but a planned work that is aimed at obtaining donations made consciously. The essence of fundraising is the establishment of partnerships, the transition to a strategy of cooperation with people and organizations that can provide financial support.
